PRICING AND MISPRINTS 

At Zepter International Canada Inc. we make every effort to ensure that our pricing and product information is accurate. However, in the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct pricing mistakes that occur as a result of typographical errors, or printing mistakes. All prices are subject to change without notice and are limited to stock on hand. Coupons are for online use only and cannot be redeemed in store. Coupons cannot be combined together or with in-store sale promotions. 

TAX INFORMATION 

Zepter International Canada Inc. is required to charge the appropriate Federal and Provincial taxes as dictated by each Province and Territory. 

CURRENCIES 

Zepter International Canada Inc. Canada Inc. is located in Canada and only Canadian currency is accepted.USA customers using US credit cards will also pay with Canadian currency via. thier bank's currency exchnage rate. 

BACKORDERS 

We do our best to avoid backorders, they are costly to us and annoying to you. If however an item has to be backordered, our Customer Service Department will contact you and advise you of anticipated product delivery dates. Unless otherwise stated, you have the right to cancel any of your backordered items at any time before your order is shipped. If you wish, you may also choose to have us hold your entire order until all items are in stock and can be shipped together. Freight charges will still apply to backordered items. 

For USA purchases, there are no Canadian Tax charges. That said, the USA customer is responsible for anyshipping, handeling , and additional freight charges, including custom fees.
